We are TOPS Chapter CA#0088 a diverse group of people at various stages in our weight loss efforts. Whether you are struggling to lose that last fifteen pounds or have hundreds to lose and just don’t know where to start odds are someone here can relate. We meet every Friday at the Florin Rebekah Hall located at 8360 Florin Rd Sacramento, CA 95828. Weigh-Ins: 8:45am - 9:15am Support Meeting : 9:30am - 11:00am About T.O.P.S. TOPS Club Inc.® (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is a nonprofit weight-loss support organization founded more than 70 years ago, TOPS is the only nonprofit, noncommercial weight-loss organization of its kind. TOPS offers an individual approach to weight loss and overall wellness, with thousands of chapters in the U.S. and Canada. Members learn about nutrition, portion control, meal planning, exercise and more at weekly meetings. Consistent group support, health education and recognition are all key components to successful weight management. In fact, TOPS members collectively lose nearly 300 tons of weight each year. Visitors to a TOPS chapter are welcome to attend their first meeting free of charge. Membership is affordable at just $32 per year. Our chapter also has a $7 per month chapter fee. TOPS is open to men, women and children, ages 7 and older. Can’t make a Friday AM meeting? There are tons of other chapters that meet on different days and times.
