This is a 1 hour long discussion & hands on workshop dedicated to everyone interested in wild & grown gourmet and medicinal mushrooms their preventive role in health following a holistic approach. You'll have the chance to see and learn about over 25 wild and grown medicinal mushroom species and their uses in the supplement industry and medicinal mushroom-based commercial products fabrication. Further our discussion will focus on ways how to increase the immune system and lifestyle changes needed for good health support and prevention -so much needed in the current difficult times You'll learn how gourmet and medicinal mushrooms are grown in general using a low-tech approach -just in case that you would like to grow your own in order to make your own supplements, or extracts. At the workshop you'll be provided with mushroom spawn, substrate (wood shavings/sawdust), gloves, bags, and anything that is required for a full hands on experience (all of these are included in the workshop fee). At the end of the workshop you may take home with you the grow kit that you'll make. Also you'll be provided access to the MC online training platform so you can learn even more about low-tech mushroom growing. Every workshop session will have 1-5 students, therefore the earlier you enroll the sooner you participate.
