Independent Contractor - Gig - Offer: How This Works: I will send you real estate property address for you to view, from the outside and take a photo. This can be done in your spare time at your convenience. You Will: Determine, with reasonable certainty, if the property is vacant or if someone is living there. These properties are being sold to provide homes for homeless individuals. You will use non-invasive methods to determine if these homes are vacant, such as: Car/s parked in front or in the driveway Blinds and/or curtains closed - no movement Property appearance and upkeep If a neighbor is outside, inquire if they know if it is vacant You are NOT to disturb neighbors or subject property residents by knocking on the door. This is simply a non-invasive property assessment. You do not have permission to break any laws whatsoever, while determining vacancy status. Payment: Commission Only. When a property you have told me is vacant sells, you will receive a flat fee of $1000. Once you have viewed 10 properties that sell, you are eligible for a promotion where you will receive double your flat fee commission payment. All I ask is that you view properties within 48 hours of receiving the address, whenever possible. The sooner I know, the sooner it sells and the sooner you get paid.
