need 1 roommate for private furnished room, shared bath in exchange for 25 hours per week of help taking care of property such as gardening, raking, cleaning, organizing, must be a self starter some cooking. we offer wi-fi, tv, dresser and bed shared bathroom and kitchen. Washer/dryer on site, swimming pool and walking path. Must like dogs. We have business at back of property which you will be helping maintain. We are on 2.5 acres fully landscaped property.
