Media Star Promotions, a national marketing and promotion agency, is seeking attractive and energetic individuals to work as a Virtual Brand Ambassador for a leading tobacco program in the Baltimore area. This part-time position is ideal for outgoing men and women who are looking for an interesting, challenging position that will allow them to make good money and have fun. Communication is a big part of the job, Virtual Brand Ambassadors need to be personable, professional, and friendly with clear speaking voices. Not all consumer engagements are the same, you will need to be able to think quickly, assess the situation, and figure out the best possible solution. Job Requirements: • MUST be at least 21 years’ old. • Prior face-to-face customer care or promotional experience preferred. • MUST keep a clean, neat appearance. • MUST be comfortable using a pc, chat/ message functionality and web-based video conferencing software. • MUST be confident communicating branded messages in the English language over phone, video and text. • MUST have availability to work evenings and weekends. Program hours are 8am – Midnight, seven days a week. Open availability preferred. • MUST have consistent, reliable transportation to commute.
