Tree Groundsman w/CDL Rockford, IL - Tree groundsman and must have a Class B or A CDL. Soppa's Tree Service is looking for an experienced groundsman with at least 3 years full-time experience, working for a tree company. Must have a current DOT medical card. Must have a clean driving record for the past 2 years. Must be able to operate a bobcat loader, stump grinder, chipper, equipment, etc. Must be experienced and familiar with most tree knots and how to rig and lower down large limbs over houses and power lines. We will not accept any applications with a record of theft or if you are a registered sex offender. Must be able and willing to show up on time, 5 to 6 days a week and to be ready to work 8 to 10 hours a day, on average. Must be drug free. Soppa's Tree Service is a very well-respected tree company based in Rockford, IL. We work all year around, even in the winter months. You must be hard working, you will be required to lift over 75 pounds, be physically fit and self motivated.
