Energy One of Austin, LLC is looking to find the right candidate for the newly open Installation Manager Position. While the office is located in Austin, the majority of this positions' operations will take place at job sites around the Austin area. This position is provided a company vehicle to be utilized for work purposes only. The responsibilities of the position is as follows; -Manage the installation process, up to and including technical measurement, installation and service. -Regularly visit homeowner work sites to provide walk throughs to explain care and operation of their purchased product(s). -Ensure that all regulatory procedures and/or requirements impacting the installation process are met. -Manage independent contractors (including contracts, selection and hiring) to ensure that appropriate installation process capacity exists. -Supervise installation process team including performance planning, fostering open communication, and answering team concerns and questions. -Training and coaching teams on technical capabilities and customer service. -Research and/or develop new processes to increase efficiency and homeowner satisfaction. -Lead the recruiting efforts as needed to meet workforce requirements. -Work closely with the Sales, Customer Service and Quality Control teams to ensure resources are aligned, in a proactive manner, with demand fluctuations. -Participate with the Management Team to ensure alignment of open and timely communication. -Work directly with homeowners to resolve installation/ quality control issues and ensure homeowner satisfaction. -Communicate with customer in regard to the status of their projects from beginning to end, including all services. -Collect payment(s) from homeowners in accordance with company and contract policy. -Perform minor services including replacement of screens and small sashes but not to exceed any service that requires lifting more than 20 lbs. or use of a ladder or scaffolding device. -Collect Reviews using the company purchased system at job sites to encourage future purchases of company product(s). -Other duties as assigned.
