Apartment property looking for grounds people and skilled handymen and women for work assignments. Grounds people do trash, walks and parking lot cleaning, general site cleaning and some light maintenance. Maintenance help will do light electrical, plumbing, appliance and drywall repairs. Having tools and transportation is a plus. Some gigs are a few days, a few weeks or months and can lead to full time work.
