Want to rent work space, in/outside

I sold my home, are now renting and own a handyman type business. I do most all work onsite at my clients homes. However, sometimes it's difficult when I need to build cabinets, sand and stain product such as trim or doors when my clients do not have the space. I also enjoy a little hobby work on my own, but renting does not allow. I would like a workspace where I can arrive, pull tools out of my truck and get to work with little to no distractions. I will be using a table saw, chop saw and sanders that could be quite loud and distracting. This is once and a while, not an ongoing thing. Your electricity will be used. I am not looking to trade for work at all. I do not work for family, friends or professional contacts. I just simply want to pay for a space either weekly or by appt. Prefer indoor when not cutting to allow stains and paints to dry. I'm clean and respectful. Please send email with cost and pic of space. Thanks
