Found female dog, all black coat

She wandered onto our porch this morning. We live right by Lakeside Park. She is very sweet and calm. Has a blue collar but no tags. Swollen teets, like she may have had puppies in the last 6 months. No microchip. Vet thought she was 5-6 years old.
