Fix Riding mower belt, adjust deck

Hello, I need someone that is familiar with fix riding mowers. I need to have the correct belt installed on the deck, the deck adjusted so the height level works for low cuts to high, oil changed and new baldes installed. I have repleced the belt but its the wrong size i belive becise it keeps slinning of pulleys when i engage blades and also if i het the baldes to engage to cut grass, the belt will come off after about 5-10 mins cutting. The oay is $100 for the labor and I ll pay the cost of oil, blades and new belt as Receipt is provided. I sent the model details in one of the pictures. I am located in Fuquay in WillowCreek Subdivison.
