House Cleaner Wanted - $125 Flat Rate

I am looking for someone professional, reliable, and trustworthy to clean my home once a month. My philosophy is a job worth doing, is worth doing right. Pay is $125 per job. Estimated time to finish is 4-5 hrs. (depending on how good you are). $25 an hour if you finish in 5 hrs, $31.25 an hrs if you finish in 4. References are a must. I have all cleaning supplies and Dyson vacuum. I typically like to do a Spring cleaning around May each year, so there is potential for extra money. The images attached are to give you an idea of the work involved. I try to keep my house free of knickknacks because they can be so time consuming to clean.
