Summary: The Warehouse Clerk inputs and maintains accurate information into computerized system regarding inbound freight and prepares related and needed documentation involving such. The Warehouse Clerk interacts with both internal and external customers and vendors via electronic communication, telephone and at warehouse locations. The employee must be able to adhere to established service guidelines and time frames. Apply online at www.humano.net JOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Clerk is a customer service and data entry focused position where you will work directly with site leadership and finance to ensure accurate data entry, invoicing, accurate payroll, and monthly client summary reporting. This position reports to the Site Manager, Operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide accurate client invoicing, meeting organizational deadlines Finalizing data entry prior to payroll run with accurate pay data Answer phones First point of contact in front office Data entry to various systems Assist in all aspects of office sales support Handle customer service for walk ins Assemble invoices and prepare them for distribution Daily mail run Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner Assist and organize office events Assist with electronic order entry and processing Assist with overall facility cleanliness Promote safety Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift, pallet jack and other equipment as required Support Operations Manager and corporate office and needs Providing humano clients with accurate monthly reports Provide resolution to client inquiries Coordinating changes, projects, and upgrades to system Develop and maintain positive client and employee relationships Set up and maintain client records and files Invoicing and collections Analysis and review of client charges Perform other duties as assigned and required KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook REQUIRED Administrative experience in a warehouse environment required Regular and reliable attendance required Service Focus Prior account management or customer service experience Some college required, Bachelors degree preferred Operates with and maintains the highest level of integrity Builds trust & confidence with business unit Team player with proven history of development of people Ability to motivate diverse personnel through collaborative interpersonal skills Hands-on Leadership style Business analytics knowledge Advanced Financial knowledge Detail oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Safety Awareness – Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect individual and others safety
