Warehouse Production Associate We are seeking an individual looking for an opportunity and a challenge to join our team. The ability to be part of a strong team and a flexible workforce while communicating effectively within the chain of command, senior management and customers is critical. This position must be able to contribute to the warehouse and support implementation of process improvement initiatives successfully with little supervision. Multi-tasking, prioritizing and the ability to adapt to constant change/growth is crucial to success. Skills Needed: Active Listening, Time Management, Problem Solving and Troubleshooting; Hand and Power Tools, Decision Making, Attention to Detail, and Critical Thinking Essential duties & Responsibilities You will perform visual inspection and take measurements. You will clean refurbished school furniture. You will communicate with fellow associates on shared assignments. You will pick and pack items to be shipped. You will wrap and strap pallets for shipping or storage. Basic Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures Organized with attention to detail. Good problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot problems and think on your feet. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to lift to 80 lbs. Capable to work flexible schedule including weekends (if necessary) Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal direction. Must be able to constantly work in warehouse environment (occasional open/outdoor conditions) Minimum High School/GED required Proficient in computer-use, Internet, iPad, WhatsApp and web-based resources effectively.
