Bear Printing is a fun, fast paced small business. We are a Portland based digital print shop specializing in real estate marketing materials that produces many small orders daily of flyers, postcards, business cards and other similar small format products. We have the occasional job that folds, spiral binds, saddle stitches, etc. We are looking for someone with excellent quality control and attention to detail. This position will prepare printed products for shipping (cut, fold,, box, etc), prepare packages for UPS (package/create label), and sort mail for daily drops (sort, bundle, strap in trays). The right candidate for this position must possess the technical know-how to be able to use digital duplo bindery equipment, guillotine cutter, uv coater, folder, stapler, coiler and our computerized job system. Specific machine training provided. Prior Print Shop/ Bindery Experience would be a plus but is not required.
