Need assistance with Rheem A/C

Looking for individual who has experience with Central A/C. Our unit is 25 years old and has been serviced yearly. Our service company retired and new Company came to clean/check unit. Within 5 minutes said it was broken. We are looking for an individual who has experience working with older A/C unit and give us an opinion. We understand equipment does not last forever.
