POSITION SUMMARY The Field Service Coordinator will perform a variety of tasks to support Field Service Operations and Field Service team. Dispatch and monitor Service Technicians and service calls. Prepare departmental paperwork and shipments. Provide back-up phone support to BottleDrop Call Queue. Coordinate, monitor and improve field service activities for the organization. Ensure Field Services are effective and customers requirements are met. Generate reports on schedule for management consumption and actions. Verify accuracy of Field personnel in the entering and completion of all service tasks, parts needed, parts used and timely PM of customers machines. This position will be scheduled to work four 10 hours shifts, scheduled for Wednesday through Saturday. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Answer service calls from Redemption Center and Retail customer sites Dispatch Field Service machine service calls to technicians and track completion status Maintain that all services meet or beat any given Service Level Agreement for department Make priority calls and adjust service technician schedules to meet all requirements and jobs Monitor all technician and mechanics for optimal coverage Manage daily shipping and receiving process Maintain Field Service information system, including maintenance and accuracy Provide phone back-up for BottleDrop call queue Assist Retail Relationship Managers with customer service as needed Other job duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equant education is required Associates Degree, Technical school, or computer course/certifications are preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience with general office and administrative functions Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally at all levels with internal and external business partners Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel General knowledge of spreadsheet and database tasks Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once, and handle a fast-paced environment Must not pose a direct safety threat to himself/herself or others BENEFITS Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Plans 401(k) plan with company matching Paid Time Off Paid Holidays WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operations in a professional office environment.
