House Boat Captain for 3 nights 4 days

4 of us age 50 to 75 will be renting a houseboat September 13th at 10:30 am to Sept 16th at 10:30 am. We wish to hire a volunteer Captain We are looking for an experienced boater familiar with Lake Ouachita's points of interest. Knowledge of fishing holes a plus. You will receive your own room, food, and a shared bathroom at no charge. You would not be responsible for paying for fuel. Basically, you receive a free vacation while the 4 of us have paid over $4,000 plus taxes and fees. In return, you would be responsible for driving the houseboat for up to 8 hours a day and spending your nights on the houseboat parked on an island. There is a 2 hour training session by the marina so don't worry if you have never driven a houseboat. The important part is that you have driven boats and know boating laws. There will be times where we will be parked o you may take a break. In addition, I will take over the wheel for an hour each day to give you a break. The company we are renting from is Almost Home Houseboats located at North Shores Resort and Marina Interested candidates should send me an email explaining why they are best suited for this free vacation. Please explain your boating back ground and why you want to volunteer for this opportunity. This seems like the perfect mini vacation for a someone who is single and retired. So while reading this, pass it along to your grandfather, Dad, Aunt or Uncle. They have been cooped up too long due to Covid and this is the perfect retreat. No hard drugs, pets or extra people allowed. No alcohol or drugs while you are behind the wheel. Please do not ask if you can bring your therapy hunting dog or your friend. However at the end of the day once docked, you can party like a rock star. Just make sure you are good to go by 9am the next morning. You provide your own booze, Captain! A tip up to $300 would be provided at the end of the trip. Serious candidates only please.
