Description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE • Ensures that the property inventory is maintained to Company standards by performing various home improvements including carpentry, drywall repairs, fencing, removing debris, replacing fixtures and re-keys residences. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Completes plumbing work including installing garbage disposals, sink/fixtures, toilets and appliances. • Completes rough and finish carpentry including reframing rough openings, installing trim finish, cabinets and hardware • Completes drywall work including removing and repairing same • Completes finish caulking and painting (interior and exterior). • Completes additional tasks as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent • Requires the physical ability to lift/push/pull and to carry 50-75 pounds. • Requires the physical ability to safely walk or access a constructions site and or building under construction. • Requires the ability to begin work at 7AM (or what times are for specific job site) and work an 8 hour shift • Regular daily job attendance required BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS • Communication • Judgement/Decision Making • Skillful detail work JOB REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or GED required
