Fulgurances, Laundromat is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic prep cook to join our team for the month of July and be part of our new chef residency restaurant in Greenpoint.
Fulgurances Laundromat is the second location of our restaurant « Fulgurances, l’Adresse » in Paris, France. Like our Paris restaurant, « Fulgurances, Laundromat » is an incubator for young international chefs who’ve worked in some of the world’s most exciting kitchens. The current Fulgurances, Laundromat chef resident is Chilean Victoria Blamey (Gotham Bar & Grill, Chumley’s) fresh off her residency at Blue Hill Stone Barns.
