Groundskeeper/Porter for Apartment Complex

We are looking for either a part time or full time groundskeeper. Minimum 20 hours, maximum 40 hours/week. Would be a great summer or long term job. Must have a positive attitude and enjoy making things look amazing. Work with a great group of people daily! We'd like to add someone enthusiastic to our growing team. Responsibilities include the following: • Cleans grounds and removes litter each morning. • Picks up valet trash from resident doors and takes to dumpster every other day • Cleans pet areas • Power washing throughout property as needed • Skim pool and keeping pool area/furniture clean • Paint touch ups on property • Watering lawn and shrubs • Cleans out drainage ditches and culverts • Repairs fences, gates, walls and walks • Helps deliver notices to residents as needed • Rakes and bags leaves • Assists maintenance as needed for minor make ready and/or repair work Contact us for an immediate interview!
