I am looking for an experienced Handy Man to do several projects to get a Condo in Mobile ready to sell. Upstairs tub leak in tile wall needs grouting. Install 2 new tub fixture kits. Install 3 ceiling fans. Hole in downstairs ceiling from. Bathtub leak upstairs. Touch up painting. If you have a few days to give me to accomplish these projects would be appreciated
