Lost dog sighting. Looks Tan. Running up and down Garden St. near intersection of Garden and Trout River. Was told from a passing motorist that it had been there since the am at a minimum. Would NOT come to me or another lady from Next door who tried to feed it. Running in the street in front of the dump trucks.
