urgent rehoming for puppy

Description

I am rehoming a sweet small mix dog. unfortunatley I have to rehome due to recently diagnosesd medical reasons. she will come with some food, a leash and collar, and few other starter items. She is smart but she is a puppy with energy so please be able to give her a lot of attention as she will need it. she is good with people and kids. I am asking a small rehoming fee. I need her rehomed ASAP as I am having to keep her in a crate and away from those with the medical issue and it makes it really hard on her. I will drive to drop her off with in a reasonable distance so please be near by.If she is not home by July 17 I will have to take her to the shelter.
