POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Purchasing Contract Administrator provides and manages all services and procedures required to manage purchasing/procurement contracts from generation of purchase orders through completion and warranty. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience Must have great organizational skills Must be proactive, resourceful, personable, and self-driven Commercial kitchen equipment knowledge is a plus Ability to read construction and kitchen drawings is a plus RESPONSIBILITES:  Generate and issue purchase orders required to procure contract items  Manage vendors to ensure schedules and deadlines are met  Follow up and track each purchase order  Maintain thorough and accurate records for each contract  Manage warranty, service & repair issues promptly and thoroughly  Prepare and send preliminary lien notices as required  Obtain Certificates of insurance from vendors providing custom manufactured items and/ or labor services  Pick up and delivery of items as may be required  Jobsite visits as may be required  Maintain positive relationship with vendors, co-workers, clients and others  Coordinate and cooperate with all trades associated with each project  Follow company standards and protocol
