Contact (714) 699-3870 to apply! This position will conduct basic maintenance at multiple of our locations. Their main duties include repairing electrical, plumbing & AC systems, fixing company equipment or tools, and testing various company appliances to ensure they work properly. Responsibilities Follow all safety procedures and actively prevent unsafe situations from occurring during work hours Perform maintenance and light repairs throughout all our locations Perform electrical repairs, including outlets & lights Perform plumbing duties including new installations & repairs Ensure mechanical equipment and appliances are in working order and fixed as necessary Complete general building cleaning and maintenance Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs Accommodate and perform tasks in response to emergencies Identify and report the need for major repairs Other areas of responsibility as assigned Competencies Must be able to travel to multiple locations and have reliable transportation Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple conflicting assignments Great judgment and confidentiality Able to work well with all departments and at all levels of the organization Positive, personable, and comfortable working in a creative, free flowing environment Must have own basic tools and the ability to transport materials Able to take photos to display progress and completion preferred Drywall, painting, and tilling skills preferred Experience 2 years of maintenance or related experience required Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment Food and beverage, coffee and tea, or restaurant industry preferred Physical Requirements Regularly drive to multiple locations Able to regular lift at least 50 lbs and climb high areas
