We are a Rancho Cucamonga, CA based Storage Container Rental business that is growing and needs good shop help. Southwest Mobile Storage is looking for 1 or 2 General Laborers/Grinders/welders. If you are the right fit for us you will join a shop team with great communication, team work and very busy. Want your day to be filled with independent work while enjoying the outdoors? Our general labor team members are self-disciplined and highly motivated because they work with minimal supervision. Your job will be to care for the portable storage products and general repairs at the branch locations. You’ll make sure they’re clean, functioning properly and ready to be rented to our customers. You’re day could include: • Checking A/C if applicable • Sweeping and hosing • Replacing tile or epoxy flooring • Repairing drywall holes • Cleaning windows, blinds, doors, floors and walls • Replacing light bulbs, locks, blinds, door handles, etc. • Painting • Welding & making parts • Minor electric • Welding/fabrication You’ll have a reliable schedule Mondays through Fridays with an occasional Saturday sprinkled in the mix. Required Education and Experience: • 0-2 years’ experience with general labor and maintenance repairs • High School Diploma or GED • We encourage and love to hire veterans! • Welding experience a plus! 25T Fork lift experience a plus! Fast paced growing company is looking for a grinder/laborer. • This job requires someone that wants to work hard and all work is outside in all conditions throughout the year. • You will be required to do grinding on containers and clean offices.
