I’m a newly licensed general contractor. I am looking for a flooring professional with the background and tools to fix my flooring in my home. It was originally done over 3 years ago and the edges were not cut to size accurately. It just needs to be lifted and cut to size. Then placed back. I don’t have the right tools to make the cuts and to place it back. I’m looking for someone who is experienced, that is a professional, not a flake, work creatively to solve problems, and can provide a reasonable price. If this is you, there is more work to come from this project. No smoking, drugs or alcohol on the job. Must be able to work around and be comfortable with large dogs. Must clean up after job, have tools and transportation. Work is paid by project. This project is $225 flat for labor. It should take no more than 3 hours. This breaks down to $75 per hour and if you get done sooner...you still get paid $225. This doesn’t include any parts. I will pay for this.
