Description

Mailroom machine operation including folders, binders, inkjets, inserters, etc. Required Skillset/Experience: Operate mailroom equipment including setup, QC, and maintenance including cleaning machines & the staging area. Able to complete hand stamping and hand inserting. Ability to operate multi-head inkjet systems & handle confidential/sensitive material. Confirm that mail meets USPS regulations & that pieces are addressed correctly, marked with required postage, and are suitable for processing. Must be able to read/comprehend written instructions and job tickets. Attention to detail is a must! Candidate will be adjusting guides, rollers, loose card inserters, weighing machines and tying arms using hand tools. We are looking for a team player who is a fast learner, able to take direction, and can keep up in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be able to be on their feet for a full shift! This is a physical job and will include wrapping pallets by hand or using tying machines, and light to moderate lifting.
