Square One Solutions is currently hiring for a local family owned property management company with several apartment communities around the Reno area. We are looking for well rounded maintenance technicians to help turn recently vacated units to prepare for new tenants by patching drywall, painting, replacing lights, switches, and fixtures, and other common repairs required from heavy use. Inbetween turns technicians will complete work orders performing varied repairs in occupied units. The working schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm and the starting wage is dependent on experience, raning from $14-18/hr. There is one property just north of downtown Reno near UNR, and the 4 other properties are located in the Stead area.
