LOCATION MAINTENANCE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN - Reno, NV area - part-time  Hourly Rate: $15.50 + mileage reimbursement Service area includes Reno airport, Meadowood Mall and Planet Fitness locations Estimate hours 20 per week Flexible Schedule - good for Student or Retiree and a Great Opportunity for a Current Mall Employee Looking for ADDITIONAL INCOME! COMPANY BACKGROUND Smarte Carte, Inc. is the leading concessionaire of self-serve vended luggage carts, electronic lockers, commercial strollers and massage chairs, as well as other passenger and guest services.   Smarte Carte is headquartered in St. Paul, MN and has operations in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, United Kingdom, and Singapore. BASIC FUNCTION Flexible Schedule - good for Student or Retiree! The LMRT position is part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) servicing Reno Airport, Meadowood Mall, and Planet Fitness locations. Additional responsibilities include financial management, equipment maintenance, and relationship management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Meadowood Mall requires 2 visit/week, Reno Airport 4 days a week, Planet Fitness clubs Bi-Weekly. Working knowledge of equipment and ability to perform maintenance and repairs on strollers/carts, cart/stroller vending equipment and massage chairs. Maintain clean equipment at all times (remove debris from strollers and massage chairs and clean on each visit). Perform collections accurately, bank and report financial transactions as directed by the District Service Manager. Submit reports in an accurate and timely manner.       Understand work rules and the expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte. Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager. Ensure a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed. Interact with facility management (mall management), to establish and maintain good rapport and excellent working relationships. Manage location in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and Smarte Carte and facility policies and procedures. Ability to pass necessary reference and background checks/credit checks and badging requirements. Other assignments as needed.  EDUCATION Technical degree preferred    SKILLS Working knowledge of equipment Electrical and mechanical equipment repair Excellent verbal and written communication Maintain accurate records Compile reports Proficient in computer and Smartphone use PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lift 40 lbs. to waist height Push/Pull 75-100 lbs.
