Handyman for house rental

I have a house I'm going to be renting out near Multnomah Village. We have a punch list of items we need help with. Looking for someone who's experienced doing maintenance and handyman work for rental properties. I am out of town but have an in-town assistant. I'm very accustomed to working remotely and make payment digitally. In the short term, we need help with. * Fire alarms are beeping. Need to change battery. Need tall ladder 15+ feet to reach. * Powerwashing driveway, front steps, and back patio * Drywall repair on ceiling, match fresh paint job. * Various repairs I expect to add to this list shortly.
