Contemporary Resurface is looking for Painter technicians to join our team. $500-$1000 dollars sign up bonus! JOB DETAILS: High wage potential (uncapped earning potential) and the ability to work at your pace (finish early, go home early). Responsibilities include: * Surface preparation and coating application (we paint countertops, bathtubs, surrounds, fiberglass one piece tub and surrounds, etc.) We are looking for someone who: * has excellent time management skills and excellent ATTENDANCE * has a great work ethic * is able to problem solve * works well under pressure * is a self-starter * can work efficiently alone or in a team * can communicate effectively to customers, homeowners and SUPERVISOR * must be able to take direction * must be able to lift up to 40 pounds easily * has reliable transportation to get to job site, valid drivers license, vehicle insurance * reliable phone to receive job route lists daily * Drug and drama free * NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY *With Experience is a plus FULL TIME Pay: - $17/hr while training (3-6 month training program - pending how quickly you learn) for resurfacers then piece rate ($70k-$120k+ earning potential based upon YOU) *Average 30-50 dollars per hour!*You are not required to bring in sales for piece-rate work. Our sales team/sale pipeline completes this for you! No sales work required! Come to work, complete work and go home.
