Position: Laundry Production Laborer Location: Kahului, Hawaii Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Lahaina (Transportation Provided) 2:30pm-11pm Kahului A laundry attendant is responsible for unloading, sorting, washing, and folding laundry from hotels, hospitals, etc. Additionally, could be responsible for cleaning guests' personal items; perform all stages of linen processing, including, but not limited to, collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading, and unloading (washers, dryers and chutes), ironing, folding, storing and delivering. Maintain cleanliness of laundry machinery and laundry area. Requirements: Be able to stand for long periods of time. Be available on all shifts including holidays. Follow all safety procedures/standards. Must be able to read and understand work assignment sheets and directions when handling cleaning solutions or chemicals. Must be able to take direction from Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager Must be able to verbally communicate with co-workers, and managers.
