We are looking for a skilled construction managing assistant to work in New York City and all other surrounding areas including the Hamptons. I have several jobs and I'm looking for someone who can assist and show up on time, work with little to no supervision, and is also experienced with most areas of construction. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID LICENSE and a vehicle to get around. You must also have your own basic construction tools. I can provide larger tools for jobs that require it. I may need you to pick up materials every now and then. You must be able to show up on time and work an 8-hour day. I'm looking for people to start immediately. Requirements: - Knowledge of all phases of construction - Framing skills - Mostly carpenters - Any other skills are welcome - Must have experience - Ability to work independently - Ability to work well with others - Valid license - Vehicle is necessary - Must be able to lift 75 lbs - Willing and able to travel to locations such as the Hamptons, Greenwich, etc. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID LICENSE, DO NOT CONTACT ME.
