The Position: Maintenance Tech
The Smith is seeking a general maintenance tech to join our team.
Basic electrical experience: understanding of breaker panels, changing outlets, changing equipment plus, etc.
Basic plumbing experience: capable if unclogging drains, switching our faucets/plumbing equipment components, etc.
Basic HVAC experience: capable of changing AC filters, checking & unclogging condensate pans/pumps, etc.
Tile/masonry work: capable of changing out floor and wall tiles, re-grouting, painting touch-ups, etc.
Any and all construction experience is a plus.
Ability to show proven work history and references a must
