Skilled Handyman and Porter Kleanix Facility Service is a commercial facility service company. KFS is looking for full time Skilled Handyman and Porter to work at our schools and Shelters. This person is responsible for keeping up with the appearance of the building. Porter Responsibility: Mop and sweeping common areas Mopping and sweeping classrooms Removal of garbage Cleaning units Cleaning perimeter of the building Stripping and waxing painting Basic repairs Skilled Handyman/Maintenance Painting Basic Electrical Basic Plumbing Repairs Caulking Also assisting Porter with daily task Looking for hardworking and well-mannered team players who want to be part of our establishment. Looking to fill the position as early as Monday. Interview will be schedule for tomorrow.. Background check is required.. Please only apply if you are interested.
