Here are a few expectations we have for you: Must have a Massachusetts Appraisers License Computer skills are a must Knowledge of computerized estimating system, CCC One At least 2 years in the collision industry appraising vehicles Open to learning every minute, every day Willing to teach the knowledge you have High level of organizational skills A strong level of patience, because you can’t rush quality Expected day to day activities, but not limited to: Write estimates for customers Schedule vehicles for repairs Contact customers and insurance companies Order parts Review insurance appraisals Update management systems Assist in daily production Maintain good relationship with staff Maintain good relationship with insurance companies and appraisers Cover for office staff if needed (example: production manager on vaca) Call Don @ 781-718-5425
