MAINTENANCE CUSTODIAN FULL-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE Starting on or about 9/1/2021. Performs a wide range of cleaning and custodial activities of all interior common areas and office areas and some custodial exterior work at assigned GHA properties in accordance with established cleaning schedules, protocols and work orders. Work experience as a custodian, janitor, cleaner, janitor or similar position desired. Must be in good physical health, possess a valid MA Driver’s License, have reliable transportation to use during the workday and be able to lift at least 55 lbs.
