Kelli is an attorney, an NFL sports agent and Founder and President of KMM Sports, a full -service sports management company with offices in New York, Los Angeles and her hometown of Oklahoma City. Beth Guckenberger- Beth is the author of nine books including adult and children’s titles. She travels and speaks regularly at conferences, youth gatherings and church services about reckless faith. Her style is based in story-telling and she draws from her vast field experience as a missionary, Bible teacher and parent for illustrations of biblical concepts. Since founding the international arm of Back2Back in 1997, they have hosted thousands of guests on the ministry campus. Between biological, foster, and adopted children, they have raised ten children. Ife Bell- Ife proudly wears the title of mother, sister, daughter, aunt, friend, and 4th generation entrepreneur. Her personal mission is to expand the capabilities of people around the world to be their best selves. Ife’s B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and Masters of Science from Northern Kentucky University in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change make her an accomplished leader. She is currently pursing her doctorate from Bowling Green State University in Organizational Development and Change. With her many certifications and speaking experience, Ife is an organizational change leader. Ife is best known for development, coaching, teaching process improvement, and strategy deployment that raise performance with measurable success year after year. She has specialized in increasing business performance and developing strategies that focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
