Pickerington Back to School Bash is a fun family festival to help parents get ready & find things for their kids for late summer & fall! VENDOR REGISTRATION: Pickerington Back to School Bash 2021 presented by MMA InsuranceIt is back! The premier, long standing family festival in Pickerington, Ohio. Now celebrating our 7th year for this event. Time to celebrate and connect with 1,500 - 3,000 attendees at this fun community, family event. Vendor RegistrationWhen: July 31st (Saturday, 11AM - 2PM)Where:  Mount Carmel Youth Sports Complex at PASA fields (630 Hill Rd N, Pickerington, OH 43147)Who Attends:  Families from Pickerington, Canal Winchester, Groveport, and BlacklickHow it works: Outdoor walk -thru event! Families pre-register to attend the event or it's various fun activities. Admission is free. Expected Attendance: 1,500 - 3,000Why families attend the event: This is a key family event to help them with getting ready for Back to School. Parents attend to find everything related to their family, classes, education, home, fun, adventures, shopping, sports, health, and more! What to do at the event:Non-stop Fun: Fun Bounce Park, pony rides, petting zoo, stage with live entertainment, balloon artist, glitter tattoos, princess & super hero characters, and more fun!Food: Food trucks, treat trucks, and more! Sponsorship or Booth Opportunities (event is outdoors):  Booth included with sponsorship plus logo on website, flyers, posters, and more! Mystery Candy or Squirt Gun / Character Zone: Part of the Character Meet & Greet area + 150 Fun items to give to families + Part of Prize Wheel (we provide prizes) – most visible area of the event: $550Petting Zoo (Gold): Fun animal area is back! Petting zoo admission starts at your booth. Great area to interact with families. Kids provide hand sanitizer or food service gloves before petting animals. Fun is back! $500Main Stage (Platinum): Center of attention for the event! Presenting sponsor or all stage activities. Stage mentions during the entire event, 5' x 2' banner at the front of the stage, and the ability to have several appearances on the stage. High visible. $400 Race Shirts (Gold): 1 of 2 logos on the back of the shirt shirt give to all runners - fun foam run and 5k! Included 10 free entries into the run! $400Candy / Prize Donation (Supporter): We have a lot of candy & prizes to make this event happen for local families.
