A sweet & serene summertime event for your spirit. Spend your Saturday morning at The Sweetbay Shop for a private yoga class with guided flower-inspired meditation by Amy Sinclair, followed by make-your-own bouquets from the flower bar! This class is beginner friendly, and modifiable for any physical limitations. Liz Ferreira of Sweetbay, will be there to curate the experience, and explain the unique and beautiful flowers she has chosen for the bouquets. You will also receive 10% off any purchases you make in the shop. Space is limited to 10 participants, please bring a yoga mat (let us know if you need to borrow one!) Class will be held in the Sweetbay shop in the upstairs workshop space. Teacher Bio: Amy Sinclair is a seasoned yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga since 2013. Her teaching style has been described as the sweet spot between playful and challenging. She specializes in seasonally themed events at unique and beautiful venues. After taking a hiatus from teaching over the past year, she is ready to hit the mat again! She passion is wellness. holds a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Science, and works for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as a health coach for Breast Cancer patients, and see's private clients for her health & happiness coaching program. Beth has had numerous shops in the Wakefield area since the 1990s and most recently spend 8 years as a part of Nesting in Concord, MA. Aside from floral design, she specializes in retail merchandising and is always on the hunt for special pieces for the shop. She loves sharing her amazing finds with our clientele. Having grown up in the business alongside her mother, Liz understands the unique relationship between a small business and its community. She spent 9 years in management roles at Winston Flowers in Boston where she had the chance to learn from the very best in retail and floral design. You’ll often find Beth and Liz at the shop changing up the displays, chatting with customers or designing a wedding, all while keeping their eyes on Liz’s children - the next generation of Sweetbay.
