Join Legacy Grove as we stretch our imagination and transform boxes into something greater! To many kids, a box can become another world. From castles and spaceships to robots and cars. Based on the book Not-A-Box by Antoinette Portis, Legacy Grove is hosting our very own Not-A-Box event. During this event participants are welcome to create their own Not-A-Box using imagination and loose-parts-play. Participants can work on their own creation or collaborate to create something bigger. We are excited and eager to see how kids lead the transformation of the space. Please register here as space is limited. This event will occur on the park's back hill, just past the dog park with easy access to our second parking lot. Light refreshments and not-a-box materials will be supplied. Additional, we are seeking guardian volunteers. If you are available to support this event, please click 'add-on' when filling out your ticket order.
