Re-homing Dog

We are trying to re-home our foster dog that we found on Monday. He had no chip collar or tags and we have been trying to find his owners. We have not had any leads so we suspect he might have been dumped. He is great with other dogs but Whines when we leave for about 5 minutes then he stops. He is neutered and the vet said probably around 9-12 months old. He is potty trained and crate trained please contact me to discuss details.
