This workshop is for expectant parents who want to prepare for an unmedicated birth. This workshop is for expectant parents who want to prepare for an unmedicated birth or who might want an epidural but want to be prepared. This three-hour workshop will cover different methods for comfort that can be used during labor. Please bring a couple of pillows and a yoga ball to class with you. 65cm or 75 cm is usually a good size. Your hips should be slightly higher than your knees while sitting on your firmly inflated ball with your feet flat on the floor.​ Please register for a hospital tour separately.
