Pay depends on experience: Ruby River Hotel at 700 N Division is looking to add a hardworking, detail oriented team member. JOB SUMMARY Ensure the cleanliness and beauty of the grounds. Perform general grounds maintenance including but not limited to mowing, trimming, leaf removal, snow removal, and general cleanup of the grounds while providing excellent customer service to all guests and fellow team members. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Report any conditions/events that could lead to an unsafe environment for team members, members, owners, and guests. Store chemicals in accordance to the Company, federal and state policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned including but not limited to daily Groundskeeping duties. EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE At least 2 years of Groundskeeping experience. Is familiar with and can operate mowers, trimmers and other Groundskeeping tools. LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS Current driving license SKILLS & ABILITIES This position requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions as well as knowledge and usage of correct business English and office practices. Must be able to communicate effectively with others, analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with internal and external customers. Specific skills and abilities include, but are not limited to the following: Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in organizing and managing multiple priorities.
