Cedar Ridge at College Station is seeking a professional and reliable individual, with their own transportation, who is a quick learner and a go-getter (a positive attitude and work ethic are key), customer service oriented, team player, have their own tools and a base knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, sheet rock, paint, make ready and general labor; HVAC and pool maintenance is not required; but highly preferred. This position is full-time, with the potential for overtime and benefits eligibility; on-call is required, so must be available some weekends and have a reliable means of contact.
