Kennel Assistant/ Dog Day Care Assistant Looking for a mature candidate for busy establishment that provides boarding, bathing, and doggie daycare. Duties include: Cleaning of animal sleeping and exercise area, feeding, bathing, and exercising the dogs. Supervising dogs in daycare so that the pets can socialize and exercise in a fun, safe environment. Customer and telephone contact required. This position includes weekends and holidays. It is a physically demanding job where you are on your feet most of the time, bending, lifting, and part of the workday can be outside in all weather conditions. Skills required include flexibility, attention to details, safety conscience, time management, and the ability to work as a team member. MUST LOVE DOGS!! Own transportation is a must.
