This series of 4 (in person) workshops is a self love and self discovery odyssey to heal on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level as we navigate through the 4 directions of the wind: SOUTH - The Serpent - Physical & Body expression - Learning to be gentle with yourself. - Shedding the layers like the serpent sheds the skin.
