Veteran Outreach Dinner hosted by the VAC. The free dinner is available for those RSVP'ed. 50 dinners are available. This Veteran Outreach Dinner is hosted by the Madison County, IL Veterans' Assistance Commission (VAC) at the Harry G. Seaton American Legion Post 435 in Glen Carbon, IL. A total of 50 free dinners are available. Ice cream dessert provided by Veteran Small Owned Business Blue Ice Creamery. The free dinners are available for those who RSVP. Please show up at 4:30 p.m. for the outreach and socialization hour. Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. No Carry-outs. This Madison County, IL Veterans' Assistance Commission (VAC) Outreach Dinner will provide a high-level overview of the various primary and secondary services offered by the VAC for Veterans and their families residing in Madison County, IL. This is also a good time to come and hang out as well as support a local Veteran Service Organization. The VAC will have available staff on-site to assist Veterans and their families with any questions and to set-up appointments as needed for additional more in-depth assistance.
